SHIPPING

All shipping days are business days, we are unable to ship products on Friday after 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday. 

Most products comes with lead time which is excluded from the shipping time, usually, this is 1-2 business days, sometimes less.

All weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us that your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t got your tracker number yet, drop us an email at hello@kinddskin.com and we will come back to you. 

Where does my order come from? 
Our fullfilment center is located in the UK 

What are the shipping costs and time? 
This is all based on location. All shipping prices are quoted at the checkout. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Shipment address is based per order. 

Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. If your package is lost, we will do our best to solve it as soon as we can. 

What about paying for customs/import charges? 
Import duties and customs policies vary widely from country to country. This means that we don’t have any control over all charged duties. However, we only ship within the EU and all parcels are shipped from the UK.

RETURNS

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Returned items must be received by the partner within 14 days.
We strongly advise returning your unwanted item within 7 days of time to make sure the package will arrive on time.

All returns should be shipped with a track and trace as proof and indication of return.

Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included. We are able to refund the item cost, but unfortunately free returns will be on a case by case basis.
